Sabine and Peter eloped in Vegas a year before I met them, but Peter promised Sabine the wedding she always dreamed of. He kept his promise and gave her exactly what she wanted; a wedding adorned in feathers in Santa Barbara at the The Four Seasons Biltmore Santa Barbara. From her gown to the center aisle, and every detail at her reception (including a feather hurricane to end the night) Sabine got her feathers. I was a bit worried how my dear friend and celebrity wedding designer Ava Carroll-Brown from Brownstone Place was going to pull it off. But of course, with her sophisticated taste and team of professionals including King Dahl Event Design and Roberta Karsch-Resource One she made it happen with style and class!
I always love photographing weddings at The Four Seasons Biltmore, Santa Barbara because of the friendly staff and amazing backdrops! It’s a wedding photographer’s dream! I’ve been anxious to share this wedding on the blog but had to wait until it was featured on Grace Ormonde Wedding Style’s Real Weddings. Now that the wedding has been published, I can share the wedding photos with you. Please leave a comment below and let me know what you think! A special thanks to Ava Carroll-Brown and The Four Seasons Biltmore Santa Barbara for making my job so easy.

Hey Mike, the b&w of the singer is amazing, and the shots with the feathers falling are incredible. Nice job!
This looks like it was one festive wedding! I love creative weddings and unique themes. I was just at a wedding in Santa Barbara and it was so well done and elegant. We all stayed at the Sandman Inn (www.thesandmaninn.com). So inexpensive and incredibly quaint as well.
Hi Mike, with some delay we now see the pics. Great. Even we couldn’t make to the wedding, the pictures give a great impression how that day was. Thanks a lot!
