And so here we are, 5 weeks out from WPPI Vegas 2011.  Wedding photographers from all over the world come together for a week of platform lectures, master classes, shooting workshops, tradeshow booths, and industry parties. It’s an exciting time to learn and make new friends!  I haven’t missed it in over 10 years and this year will be no different!

Last year at WPPI, I decided to start the week off right by hosting a shooting workshop called The Seven Workshop | Vegas, an in-depth class on the seven most important topics in wedding photography.  It sold out very fast and was a huge success.  We spent the day learning, shooting, and ended the night with dinner in downtown Vegas (Thanks Pictage for sponsoring a great meal).

My stylist Kat Harris did an amazing job of styling our shoot and brought in some ringers to help out:  Models Stephanie Fay and Stephen Mott, hair and make-up by Lindsey Shea, floral arrangements by Nisie of Enchanted Florist.

Swag bags were handed out full of cool new products and services from: Leather Craftsmen, Kelly Moore Bags, GoBee Bags, Shootsac, H20 Creative, Pixel2Canvas, Lexar, Tamrac, and more.
